Our client, Manus AI , is an innovative technology company developing general AI agents that support users in completing tasks across work and life. They are currently looking for a Online Email Response Customer Service to support their growing user base in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
1、Receive, categorize and process daily user emails and direct messages, respond promptly and record processing results;
2、Escalate complex or special issue emails and transfer to relevant departments, collaborate with team to ensure timely response to customer needs;
3、Organize customer feedback and assist in optimizing service processes;
4、Track user-reported bugs, promote product iterations, maintain risk control records, regularly organize and summarize common issues, generate reports to support decision optimization.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
