We are a small company selling food ingredients to bakeries, restaurants and hotels. Our two warehouses with integrated office is located at Senoko / Woodlands area with 5 day work week (Mon to Fri) from 8.30am - 5.30pm. Basic salary 2400-2600 / month based on experience + CPF + 13 month annual salary + Medical Benefits + Lunch and Mobile phone allowance. We are looking for a self-motivated office admin to complete our team. You should be well versed in using computer software like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn and improve on the job. Must demonstrate attention to detail and be attentive to the job on hand. Able to work independently with a strong sense of integrity, and responsibility with a positive attitude.
Job scope:
- Assist with office administrative task
- Invoicing to customers using Quickbooks (no need to have experience)
- Communicating and liaising with clients on order taking via phone, email and whatsapp
- Assisting sales manager with customer queries, sending of quotations and product documents
- Answering office calls and receiving of parcels and goods
- Monitoring product stock
- Packing of samples for customers
