Responsibilities
- Handle all reservations and quotations
- Update in FMS of all confirmed booking
- Prepare and submission ridership reports to a shuttle bus
- Prepare monthly booking summary for billing and verifications
- Update client list into FMS when any changes
- Follow up and reply to all the booking emails and enquiries and ensure confirmation
- Attend to the customer phone calls
- Prepare and submit driver clearance to clients if any
- Prepare log sheet when necessary
- Downloading of CCTV if there shall be any disputed matter
- Take turns managing the operations duty phone
- Ad hoc duties given by superior
Requirements
- Candidate should possess ‘N’/’O’ level/Diploma/Professional qualifications in any field
- Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Have initiative, drive, and motivation to work as a team
- Prefer candidates with the transportation industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous, organized, multi-tasking, and proactive
- Self-drive, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Singaporean preferred
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise mandarin speaking customers
