- Customer Needs Assessment: Gather and analyze customer feedback, user behavior, and industry best practices to understand evolving customer needs and pain points.
- Product Strategy Contribution: Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering teams to contribute to the overall product strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment.
- Product Requirements Definition: Translate market and customer insights into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements and user stories for product development.
- Product Optimization & Enhancement: Provide ongoing recommendations for product enhancements, new features, and optimization based on data analysis, user testing, and market feedback.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all product features, functionalities, and user flows are designed and implemented in full compliance with relevant regulations , internal policies, and industry best practices.
