Guest Service Officer/ Porter (Central)

Our Client is one of the leading player in Hospitality industry in Singapore. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Guest Service Officer/ Porter to be part of their Concierge team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located Central - easily accessible.

Duties:

• Greet and assist guests entering and leaving the building.
• Open doors and provide directions or information.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Help with packages, luggage, and deliveries.
Ensure security by keeping an eye on the entrance area

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
