This is a perm role for one of our client in the construction industry

Job Title: WSH Coordinator (1-Year Experience)
Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: SGD 2,500 – 2,800/month

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and safety-conscious WSH Coordinator to support our on-site safety operations.

The ideal candidate will assist in promoting a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with WSH regulations on our construction project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing workplace safety and health policies and procedures
• Conduct routine site inspections and report safety violations or risks
• Support the execution of risk assessments and safe work procedures
• Participate in daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Monitor safety compliance by workers and sub-contractors
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and permit-to-work systems
• Provide basic WSH training and awareness to site personnel\

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a WSH Coordinator in a construction environment
• WSH Coordinator Certificate (please give us details of your certificate info)
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH Act and Regulations
• Good communication and observation skills
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors on-site

Preferred Qualities:

• Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to start work immediately or within short notice
