Job Title: Server (F&B Front-of-House)

• Run a Smooth Floor – From lighting to service speed, you’ll make sure everything feels just right.
• Keep Things Moving – Smartly manage seating, waitlists, and table flow to keep guests happy and the team on pace.
• Lead the Crew – Motivate, guide, and energize a team of service staff to deliver standout service every shift.
• Team Up with Managers – You’ll be the bridge between floor ops and leadership, helping ensure the big picture is always in view.
  

• 1–3 years of solid F&B experience
• Confidence in handling fast-paced shifts (and smiling through them)
• Comfort working rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
A genuine love for people, team spirit, and strong communication skills
• Base Salary : $2,700 – $3,500
• Gross Pay : Up to $4,000++ (including OT, shift pay, and bonuses)
• Sign-On Bonus : One month’s base salary (after confirmation)
• Perks : Night shift allowance, performance incentives
• ️ Schedule : 5-day work week, rotating shifts (morning / afternoon / night)
