Kids and Pets coordinator (Part-time)

Studio Kinu is a family photography studio that specializes in creating warm, memorable experiences for families. We are looking for an energetic and friendly assistant to help create a fun and welcoming environment for children and clients during photoshoots. If you love engaging with kids and enjoy building relationships with people, this role is perfect for you!

We also have a merchandise arm that is also customer facing and ocassionally does pop-ups, so some retail experience will be good!

Key Responsibilities

Engaging with Children, Pets & Families:

• Play with children of all ages to help them feel comfortable during photoshoots.
• Assist in creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for families.
You will be required to interact/handle pets occassionally during studio sessions

Client Interaction & Support:

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after photoshoot sessions.
• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
Set up for pop-up events and retail management

Studio Upkeep & Organisation:

• Organise and maintain studio props and equipment.
• Ensure the studio remains clean and presentable for clients.

Requirements

Must be able to commit at least one weekend per week .
Enjoys interacting with children and has experience with young kids.
Friendly, patient, and able to build rapport with families.
Strong communication and people skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Comfortable using social media apps (Instagram, email communication).
Bonus: Not afraid of animals, especially dogs!
