Counter Staff (Service & Cashier)

Our client, a dessert shop based at the West is looking for counter staff to support their daily operations.

Working hours: 10am - 9pm (10 hours wk/day 1 hour break)

60 hours work week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
• Operate the cash register or POS (Point-of-Sale) system.
• Process customer transactions accurately (cash, card, mobile payments).
• Issue receipts and manage change.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in F&B
• Comfortable working on-site
