Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
  • Attend to inquiries and phone call in a polite and professional manner
  • Perform simple triage & measurements – check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature
  • Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures
  • Dispensing medications to clients
  • Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
  • Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education Normal Level (N-Level) or Ordinary Level (O-Level)
  • Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to maintaining high service standards
  • Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
