Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients and perform front-desk duties including registration, manage appointments, coordinate follow-ups and payment collection
- Attend to inquiries and phone call in a polite and professional manner
- Perform simple triage & measurements – check blood pressure, height, weight, temperature
- Prepare and assist Doctor during minor procedures
- Dispensing medications to clients
- Monitor, order and replenish medical supplies & medications
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing of medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic areas
- Other duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Singapore-Cambridge General Certification of Education Normal Level (N-Level) or Ordinary Level (O-Level)
- Preferably at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in medical billing software and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Compassionate, customer oriented and committed to maintaining high service standards
- Able to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment
- Able to work shift duties, including weekends and public holidays
