We are seeking passionate and independent individuals to join our dynamic team to support as follows:


Key Responsibilities

  • Source for materials, services and vendors based on project requirement.
  • Request for quotations, evaluate specifications, and negotiate prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules.
  • Review products and services to ensure quality standards.
  • Verify and process Vendor’s invoices.
  • Upkeep Materials Library, Vendor's data and Schedule of Rates.
  • Maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
  • Attend, record and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Assist Project Team in preparation of project documents and submissions.
  • Ensure documents are filed in an organised manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year procurement experience preferably in the fit out industry.
  • Savvy and adept in online purchasing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • MS Office.
