The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and generating revenue. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and skilled in both strategic analysis and direct sales.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress, forecasts, and key metrics to management.
