Logistics Coordinator (Construction)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all fleet-related matters at construction sites
• Oversee daily deployment and allocation of company vehicles, lorries, cranes, and machinery
• Plan and monitor manpower allocation for crane operators, lorry drivers, and logistics support staff
• Ensure timely and efficient movement of machinery, equipment, and materials
• Handle day-to-day operational issues related to crane operators, lorry drivers, and other logistics personnel
• Work closely with project and site teams to support construction schedules and logistics needs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site operational standards
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, manpower deployment, and job allocation
• Coordinate with external vendors or subcontractors for equipment rentals or manpower support when needed
Perform any other logistics-related duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction site logistics or fleet coordination
• Good knowledge of heavy machinery, lorry, and crane operations in a construction environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with external vendors, site teams and operators
• Familiar with safety and regulatory requirements related to site logistics and transport operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
