Based in Singapore, we partner with leading design houses, startups, and semiconductor innovators to solve next-generation computing challenges.

Role Overview

We are looking for a GCC Consultant (Go-to-Market, Client & Channel Consultant) who can act as a strategic door-opener and market connector in the Semiconductor and AI ecosystem. You will lead from the front — initiating conversations with design and innovation leaders, unlocking new relationships, and enabling early-stage client engagements.

This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge, executive-level networks, and a strong grasp of the semiconductor design-to-silicon lifecycle and AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Origination & Opportunity Mapping
  • Identify and engage senior stakeholders (VP R&D, Design Directors, CTOs, Innovation Heads) within semiconductor, fabless, and AI-focused firms.
  • Relationship-Led Sales Activation
  • Build credibility and open executive-level doors. Introduce our design and AI innovation services in a consultative, insight-driven manner.
  • Channel & Ecosystem Partnerships
  • Identify strategic alliances — including accelerators, R&D institutions, chip startups, and AI labs — that can amplify our market presence.
  • Lead Qualification & Sales Enablement
  • Help qualify prospects and facilitate handovers to the technical pre-sales or delivery teams. Provide strategic input during client discussions.
  • Market Feedback & Intelligence
  • Share insights on emerging trends, unmet design needs, or partnership opportunities in areas such as edge compute, AI silicon, DFT, and data center infrastructure.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Partnerships in the Semiconductor, AI, or Deep-Tech sectors.
  • Strong network in APAC, North America, or Europe , especially within chip design companies, fabless firms, AI startups, or R&D-driven enterprises.
  • Understanding of technical domains such as ASIC, SoC, RTL, DFT, AI/ML model integration, or HPC architecture.
  • Ability to distill complex services into value-driven conversations that resonate with engineering and business leaders.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes independently.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior experience with EDA vendors, IP houses, or design services firms.
  • Exposure to startup-to-scale-up journeys in AI hardware or silicon innovation.
  • Passion for accelerating Asia’s role in global semiconductor innovation.
