Main Accountabilities
Case Management & Employee Relations
- Responsible for managing knowledge-intense specialized tasks like individual cases. The work is done “project style”; clear goal, beginning and end date;
- Responses to HR related queries involving,
- Benefits entitlements (e.g maternity, paternity, child care, milk assistance)
- Employee Self-Service Portals (link/ login/password)
- Aon app/ website (e.g. how to find list of Specialist)
- Grievance handling
Consult on local employment regulations
- Answers queries from line managers/Global HR/COE/HR Directors/HRBPs on related topics covering Singapore on matters related to:
- Restructuring
- Employment framework changes
- Government initiatives
- Local policies & guidelines
- Global policies & guidelines
- FC Compass & Speak-up (local trusted representative)
Supports the operational management for Employee Experience
- End to end Employee employees life cycle experience (onboarding to exit)
- Pre-boarding connect to get personal and payroll information (update Singapore employee listing)
- On-board new hire in Horizon, including new position creation (follow up on email account creation after profile approval)
- Arrange for HR on-boarding session within 2 weeks upon commencement (introduction to systems - Horizon, Self-service portal for leave & e-payslip passwords, CWT, Aon portal, MPX, benefits, entitlements, payroll, Way of Working in Singapore, Corporate Credit Card, POC for employee related queries)
- Probation & confirmation
- Process resignation (compute benefit balance, acceptance resignation, initiate separation in Horizon, update Singapore employee listing)
- Employee data management (Horizon, Aon, payrolls, MXP)
- Support the line managers and employees directly on relevant questions and interventions that are outside the scope of Global Shared Service Centre;
HR Operations, Audits, Tax Reporting
- Performs Payroll processing for 2 entities - FCAMEA & FCDEV (update payroll movement files, validate payroll reports from vendor and ensure all variance are accounted for)
- Supports internal and external audits where required
- Performs tax reporting for all Singapore entities
- Response and completes government reporting where required
- Processes Government claims as required.

General Administration
- Singapore Credit Card Management
- Manages and administers for HR the procurement Vendor Management PO/PR process
