Here is a description of the role we are opening: Responsibilities Manufacturing Solution Implementation:
  • Design site-specific implementation scenarios
  • Prepare engineering requirements, business cases, and CAPEX budgets
  • Collaborate with local teams for equipment sourcing, installation, and commissioning
Process Parameters & Line Qualification:
  • Lead process parameter setup, line integration, and validation
  • Conduct first qualification and gap analysis, making updates as necessary
  • Support ramp-up and safe launch plans, ensuring final qualification and smooth transition to operations
Equipment & Process Design:
  • Assess manufacturing options, perform gap and risk analyses, and develop equipment specifications
  • Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and manage purchase orders
  • Continuously review designs to ensure flawless project execution
Qualification:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Industrialization and Process Engineering, in a regulated industrial sectors - medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in overmolding process and equipments design
  • Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Team player and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
