Digital Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end management of AI digital product lifecycle from strategic vision to tactical implementation
• Formulate and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead the product development cycle from conceptualization through successful market launch
• Translate user needs into detailed product requirements and intuitive feature designs
• Analyze usage metrics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover emerging trends and technologies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 1 years of digital product manager experience, with preference for candidates who have 0-to-1 implementation experience with AI application products or tool products (fresh graduates welcome)
• Solid knowledge of product lifecycle management and familiarity with digital product development processes
• Proven track record of building/scaling products from inception to market fit, preferably in AI or tech-driven environments
• Direct experience at AI startups, plus proven success in adapting products for global users
• Excellent data analysis, requirements analysis, and competitive analysis capabilities, proficient in using product prototyping tools and writing professional product documentation
• Outstanding cross-team communication and coordination abilities, strong project management skills
• Strategic thinking and business acumen, able to identify market opportunities and formulate corresponding product strategies
• Familiarity with AIGC (AI-Generated Content) products will be a plus
• Good to have experience with international markets and overseas internet products
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage to collaborate across the region.
