Warehouse Storekeeper[Yishun/Forklift prefer/pallet jacks/Exp in warehouse operations and manufacturing environments]

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure quantity and quality accuracy.
• Pack, label, and organize goods according to company standards.
• Prepare and pick materials for production in accordance with the picking list.
• Track and document defective or damaged materials and products.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of warehouse equipment, tools, and consumables.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with transport service providers.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and report any stock discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic or professional qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and manufacturing environments.
• Skilled in operating warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
