About the Role:
As an Account Manager at Briq, you’ll play a key role in owning client relationships, managing projects, and elevating both delivery and creative impact. With 4-7 years of agency account management experience, you’ll bring strong leadership to the table while collaborating seamlessly across teams. Some of the Things We’d Like You to Do:
- Manage Client Relationships:
- Own and nurture day-to-day client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with creative, strategic, and effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding their business objectives.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, scopes, budgets, and briefs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
- Coordinate across creative, media, and production teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Manage project workflows, track progress, and ensure high-quality delivery across all touchpoints.
- Drive Business Growth and Upselling:
- Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and actively support new business development efforts.
- Work closely with senior management to pitch new ideas and services to clients.
- Help clients evolve their strategies, recommending innovative solutions that drive growth.
- Collaboration Across Teams:
- Collaborate seamlessly with creatives, media planners, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives.
- Ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations across all departments, facilitating efficient project workflows.
- Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative strategies and solutions.
- Client Confidence and Strategic Insight:
- Provide strategic insights to clients, guiding them on how to achieve their goals and improve their brand impact.
- Gain client confidence by offering smart, business-focused solutions that add value to their marketing strategies.
- Provide proactive recommendations based on industry trends, performance data, and client goals.
You Bring:
- 4-7 years of agency account management experience, with a proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality campaigns.
- Strong project leadership abilities, with the capacity to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and internal teams.
- The ability to collaborate seamlessly with creatives, media planners, and clients to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
