TECHNICIAN

Key deliverables :

Perform scheduled maintenance including cleaning of beer coolers, beer lines, beer taps, keg couplers, etc.

Analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot the draught system on poor pouring or dispensing issues. Rectify issue and ensure the draught system are back in good operating condition.

Communicate effectively with customers on technical issues and provide recommendations.

Maintain and submit records of field activities, including cleaning schedules, repairs, and service calls.

Prioritize customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Requirements:

• Experience with handling draft beer equipment is preferred.

• Must possess a Class 3 driving license

• Possess good customer service

• Basic electrical knowledge with trouble-shooting skill

• Experience using hand tools (drill, faucet wrench, screwdrivers, crimpers, etc.)
