Responsibilities\

Accounting

• Managed Full Set of Accounts (AR, AP, GL), ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Issued invoices, monitored Accounts Receivables, and implemented credit control measures, including pursuing overdue payments and liaising with legal counsel for resolution.
• Executed daily accounting tasks such as receivables and payables management, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
• Updated and filed quarterly GST submissions, maintaining meticulous records for compliance purposes.
• Assisted in the preparation of monthly reports, annual unaudited schedules, and facilitated communication with external auditors.

Adhoc Tasks

• Facilitated the issuance of Delivery Orders upon machine delivery and managed registration processes with regulatory authorities
• Prepared and printed machine user manuals to ensure comprehensive documentation for clients.
• Managed spare parts procurement by placing orders through DMS (LIUGONG) website and coordinated logistics with suppliers.
• Coordinated with relevant personnel regarding the importation of wood into Singapore for operational needs.
• Performed any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
