F&B Supervisor / Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor / Manager to join our team and oversee daily operations at our vibrant dining establishment. You will be responsible for ensuring top-tier service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, and leading a dedicated front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and service flow
• Supervise and train service staff to uphold service excellence
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly
• Work closely with the kitchen and operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar supervisory or managerial F&B role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
