What The Role Entails

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in project coordination and international collaboration.

Resposibilities:

• Assist in the development of departmental goals and contribute to project planning
• Support the team in tracking project progress and help organize key milestones
• Participate in meetings with international partners and help prepare summaries
• Aid in resource allocation for Asia-Pacific projects under supervision
• Contribute to the organization of technical exchange events
  
  

Who We Look For

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong interest in project management and the tech industry
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Basic understanding of project management concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPointWillingness to learn and adapt to new tasks quickly
  
  

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies,powerpoint,data analysis
• Interest in cross-cultural communication
• Accept translation/meeting notes work between Chinese and English.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
