Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices together with supporting hard copy reports to clients
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients on outstanding purchase orders required for billing purposes
  • Respond to customer queries related to invoices and purchase orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoicing workflow
  • Assist with general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, invoicing or administrative support preferred
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Responsible individual who is well-organized and has the ability to multi-task with good follow-up skills
  • Minimum commitment of three months is required for this role

Additional Information:

  • Training will be provided
  • Four hours a day, three days a week (Office hours)
  • Flexible work arrangement (hybrid)
