Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and dispatch monthly invoices together with supporting hard copy reports to clients
- Coordinate and follow up with clients on outstanding purchase orders required for billing purposes
- Respond to customer queries related to invoices and purchase orders in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth invoicing workflow
- Assist with general administrative duties and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service, invoicing or administrative support preferred
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Responsible individual who is well-organized and has the ability to multi-task with good follow-up skills
- Minimum commitment of three months is required for this role
Additional Information:
- Training will be provided
- Four hours a day, three days a week (Office hours)
- Flexible work arrangement (hybrid)
