Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised, resourceful, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Principal. Ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a range of executive, administrative, and personal duties with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Travel and Itinerary Support:
Providing logistical support for domestic and international travel.
2. Event Planning:
Plan, coordinate and oversee events. Troubleshoot logistics in real time to guarantee smooth execution.
3. Administrative Tasks:
Handle meeting minutes, document processing, and data filing/maintenance.
E.g. Liaise with Corporate Secretarial Agents and Banks and to maintain record.
4. General Affairs:
Manage the household environment, organize inventory, arrange meals and refreshments, and oversee wardrobe management.
5. Procurement:
Responsible for purchasing items and maintaining vendor directories.
6. Other Tasks:
Any additional responsibilities or special assignments as delegated from time to time. Handle sensitive documents and communications with discretion
The ideal candidate should:
- 3 or more years of work experience in a similar role, with exposure in fast paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a strong interpersonal, communications and negotiation skills
- Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- A valid class 3 driving license is an advantage.
- At least a Diploma holder.
