WSH Officer (Islandwide- onsite)

• 5.5 days
• Location: Onsite (East Area)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Ideally min 1 year of WSH experience, specifically in HDB projects.
• Other WSH trade of industries are welcome.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to the company’s QEHS Management System throughout the project duration.
• Provide guidance to the Project Manager on practicable measures to eliminate or mitigate foreseeable workplace risks.
• Lead the safety team in executing and overseeing environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Review and assess both internal and external risk assessments and risk management practices.
• Conduct incident investigations, propose corrective actions, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of those measures.
• Maintain effective communication with site teams, project managers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on all EHS matters.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, industry codes of practice, and company-specific EHS policies.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits to evaluate EHS compliance and performance.
• Foster a proactive and positive EHS culture at the project site.
