Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Catering Services)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual ( Offshore/remote) Sales Coordinator to support our catering sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing orders, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of catering services. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to phone and online inquiries regarding catering services.
• Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, and order processing.
• Manage and process online orders, ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners for pricing updates.
• Maintain and update online stores, product catalogues, and promotional materials.
• Assist in printing and preparing product labels.
• Support catering order fulfillment and event setup as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or catering is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online order management platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
