Resturant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of a restaurant. He is responsible to ensure that the resturant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining its good reputtion and ethos.
The Restaurant Manager has the following duties and responsibilties:
1) Planning a nf implementing strategies yo attract customers.
2) Coordiinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operatioms.
3) Deliver superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
4) Deliver efficiantly and accurately to customer complaints.
5) Organize and supervise shifts.
6) Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
7 Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
8) Ensur ecompliance with santiation and safety regulation.
9) Control operational costs and identify measure to cut costs.
10) Create detailed reports in monthly and annual revenue and breakdowns.
11) Receommend ways to reach a broader audience (eg. social media)
12) Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
