HR Operations Manager, SEA / Manufacturing MNC / West

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a HR Operations Manager, SEA to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support managers and staff on HR policies and employee matters.
• Handle HR administration such as contracts, work passes, letters, and leave tracking.
• Maintain and update HR policies in line with global guidelines.
• Coordinate training and development activities for regional teams.
• Support HR strategic projects, including system implementation and office expansion.
• Conduct compensation and benefits research.
• Manage insurance matters, university partnerships, and disciplinary procedures.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Business Management / Human Resources Management studies, or a related field.
• Min 6 years’ relevant working experience with full spectrum HR function.
• Willing to travel regionally
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
