Insurance Specialist

Core Responsibilities:

• Policy Analysis and Risk Assessment: Evaluate insurance applications, analyze risk factors, and determine eligibility and coverage options.
• Policy Management: Process applications, renewals, extensions, and cancellations, and issue related documents.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
• Understanding Insurance Products and Regulations: Stay informed about different insurance products, coverage options, and relevant regulations.
• Sales and Marketing: May assist with marketing campaigns and make telemarketing calls to generate leads.
• Financial Analysis and Needs Assessment: Conduct financial needs analysis and offer insurance/protection discussions.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
