Senior Warehouse Operation Executive (3PL) / 5.5 days - Alt Sat / West

Our client is one of the leader in Logistics industry in Singapore. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operation Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily delivery schedules, routing, and service provider performance.
• Implement transport plans to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Negotiate with logistics vendors and monitor contract compliance.
• Oversee warehouse activities to ensure optimal storage use and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate stock transfers and plan warehouse layout for efficient space usage.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise loading/unloading operations and ensure prompt handling of goods.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures to protect staff and goods.
• Enforce safety protocols and oversee maintenance of handling equipment.
• Monitor and control budgets, analyze logistics costs, and support efficiency improvements.
• Use data insights to recommend and implement operational enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Lead and develop the team through regular evaluations and training efforts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in transportation, distribution, or logistics operations.
• Proficiency in logistics software and related systems.
