Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and suites according to hotel standards.

• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.

• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and wipe down surfaces.

• Restock housekeeping carts at the end of each shift.

• Clean and sanitize public areas, including lobbies, hallways elevators and restrooms.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

• Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, especially in hospitality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Basic understanding of English (verbal and written) is a plus.

• Physically fit expected to climb some stairs for shophouses lift mattress etc.
