We're Hiring: Admin Assistant
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proactive? We’re looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior admin experience is a plus.
