We're Hiring: Admin Assistant


Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proactive? We’re looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join our team and support day-to-day operations!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams when required.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior admin experience is a plus.
