What You'II Do:
- Lead a team of 28 staff processing utility account opening and termination requests in non-contestable market and contestable market, and technical master data updates.
- Ensure team members meet their KPIs and all applications/requests are completed on time.
- Develop and enrich staff skillsets to expand their portfolio.
- Identify suitable work processes for automation and/or streamlining. Utilise digitisation tools to maximise convenience for customers and efficiency for staff.
- Manage and close escalated cases satisfactorily.
- Align with company’s goals and objectives to provide exceptional customer service, supports digitalisation efforts and cultivate a strong sense of safety awareness in the work culture
What You'II Need:
- Minimum qualification a degree holder from recognized university.
- At least 8 years’ experience running operations in a leader position.
- Strong leadership, work ethics and good time management, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Good people management and engagement skills, strong communicator both in writing and speech.
- Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA an advantage.
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Open Electricity Market in Singapore is preferred.
