What You'II Do:

  • Lead a team of 28 staff processing utility account opening and termination requests in non-contestable market and contestable market, and technical master data updates.
  • Ensure team members meet their KPIs and all applications/requests are completed on time.
  • Develop and enrich staff skillsets to expand their portfolio.
  • Identify suitable work processes for automation and/or streamlining. Utilise digitisation tools to maximise convenience for customers and efficiency for staff.
  • Manage and close escalated cases satisfactorily.
  • Align with company’s goals and objectives to provide exceptional customer service, supports digitalisation efforts and cultivate a strong sense of safety awareness in the work culture

What You'II Need:

  • Minimum qualification a degree holder from recognized university.
  • At least 8 years’ experience running operations in a leader position.
  • Strong leadership, work ethics and good time management, ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good people management and engagement skills, strong communicator both in writing and speech.
  • Experienced in SAP S/4 HANA an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations of the Open Electricity Market in Singapore is preferred.
