Hiring web designer

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experience of our brand. You will work closely with developers, marketers, and product managers to design engaging, user-friendly, and responsive websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and functional website layouts, landing pages, and UI components
• Collaborate with developers to implement and test responsive designs
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
• Optimize web designs for performance, usability, and accessibility
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing website and UI/UX design work
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of SEO and web accessibility is a plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or front-end frameworks
• Motion design or animation skills
