Driver cum Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Driver cum Warehouse Assistant . This dual-role position involves transporting goods safely and efficiently, as well as assisting with warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving Duties:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up goods.
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain delivery schedules.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips; report any issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.

Warehouse Duties:

• Load and unload goods from trucks or container.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts, trucks, bike and other warehouse equipment.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in driving and warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification.

Working Conditions:

• May involve long hours and physical labor.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions while driving or loading/unloading.
• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
