As a Scalp Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct professional consultations to assess hair and scalp conditions
• Recommend suitable treatments and solutions based on individual needs
• Deliver full hands-on hair and scalp treatments
• Handle general duties including answering customer enquiries and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Provide post-treatment follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and progress

Requirements:

• Possess a min GCE ‘N’ or 'O' Levels or equivalent
