System Analyst

We are a Software company for Energy & Construction based in Singapore, delivering the Omega 365 solution to help project-driven organizations manage and optimize their operations. We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented System Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze business/process requirements
• Configure and implement Omega 365 to meet client needs
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
• Support solution delivery with basic Vue.js components and web configurations
• Conduct user training, support UAT, and resolve issues
• Serve as a key liaison between business users and technical teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Systems , Computer Science, Business IT, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided
• Basic understanding of SQL queries
• Basic knowledge of Vue.js or modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)
• Good understanding of business processes and workflows
• Good communication and presentation skills; client-facing mindset
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within Singapore and Asia as needed
• Strong interest in business processes and IT solutions / Oil & Gas, Construction & Project Management

Preferred:

• Experience with Omega 365 or similar project management/ERP solutions
• Background in Oil & Gas, Construction, or project-driven industries
