Sales Manager

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for all sales inquiries, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and develop customized design solutions that align with their needs and objectives.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our interior design solutions.
• Offer comprehensive pre-sales technical support, including design consultations, space planning, and solution architecture for design projects.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment between client needs and design solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and design specifications.
• Assist in the selection and sourcing of materials and products that meet client specifications and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Photoshop.Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms and user acceptance testing (UAT) applications and software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and technical details to clients.Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive work attitude.
• High level of responsibility and reliability, with the ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Willingness to work on weekends as required.Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support as needed
• Frequent travel may be required to meet clients and visit project sites.
