RF Manager (RF / Wireless / IOT)

Responsibilities

• Collaborated with the management team to define the product roadmap and technical specifications.
• Performed hardware specification and design, including schematic capture and system architecture.
• Responsible for board-level design, bill of materials (BOM), and PCB layout.
• Managed a team of hardware engineers to drive product development and readiness for production.
• Acted as project manager to lead and coordinate development efforts across functions.
• Supported system development infrastructure such as test equipment, diagnostic tools, and development software.
• Oversaw compliance and certification processes, including CE, FCC, and logo approvals.
• Facilitated smooth transfer of products to production factories.
• Created and maintained technical documentation, including product datasheets, application notes, reference designs, and production release materials.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 10years experience in the area of wireless product and hardware design
• Minimum 5 years experience in managing a product/hardware development team
• Hands on experience in PCBA Troubleshooting and debugging
• This will be an individual contributor at first but will eventually handle a team. Suitable candidate must have experience in handling junior members or staff.
