Business Development Manager (Regional)

Job Description:

• Identify and assess M&A opportunities in regional healthcare markets, focusing initially on Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and South Korea.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to evaluate potential targets.
• Build and maintain trong networks with industry players and business owners to source deals.
• Develop financial models and valuation reports to support investment decisions.
• Lead deal negotiations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing value.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of acquisitions and achieve synergies.
• Track post-acquisition performance and recommend improvements where needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting M&A.
• Support strategic planning through market insights and analysis.
• Identify partnership, licensing, and broader business development opportunities across Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in M&A or business development within Pharma, Nutraceutical, FMCG, Healthcare sectors.
• Exposure across the M&A value chain or business development roles in the region.
