SITE SUPERVISOR

Hi there, we are a renovation company dealing with HDB, Condo, Landed and Commertial works. At the moment, we are looking for Site Supervisor to join us.

His job scope will be as follows:

• Site Supervision & Coordination
  Supervise day-to-day renovation works. Working with hacking, plumbing and electrical workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion. Ensure workers comply with HDB renovation guidelines and permit conditions.

• HDB Compliance & Permit Management
  Ensure all works comply with HDB renovation rules, including permitted working hours, wet works control, debris management, and structural limitations. Attend to HDB inspections and address rectification notices if any.

• Quality & Safety Assurance
  Conduct regular checks to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.
  Enforce safety protocols according to MOM and HDB requirements.
  Conduct safety briefings and ensure workers wear appropriate PPE.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication
  Update project manager and homeowners on progress and site issues.
  Handle minor site-related queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
  Coordinate with MCST, neighbours, and HDB officers if necessary.

• Logistics & Resource Management
  Manage delivery schedule and storage of materials at site.
  Ensure proper disposal of renovation debris and maintain a clean work environment.
  Record daily site activities, including manpower and work status.

• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting
  Address technical or coordination issues immediately.
  Work closely with the design/project team to resolve drawing discrepancies or site constraints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising HDB renovation works.
• Minimum educational qualifications (any of the following):
  i) A recognised Polytechnic Diploma in Architecture, Building, or Civil/Structural Engineering
  ii) A National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS)
  iii) An Advanced National Building Qualification (NBQ) or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
  iv) Other equivalent qualifications approved by BCA
• Preferably holds a valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) certificate.
• Familiar with HDB renovation permits, guidelines, and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating with electricians, plumbers, and hacking teams.
• Able to read and interpret floor plans, M&E layouts, and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
