Working hours: Monday to Friday. 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities and duties

To manage a team of 5 accountants with a large client base in industries such as

manufacturing, research, retail, construction, property, oil & gas, charities, investment, metals, design, consulting, and start-ups.

Review the accountants work and provide training if needed.
To ensure that we provide accurate information to our clients and the local authorities so that all their statutory obligations are met; these includes filing tax returns with IRAS and Financial Statements with ACRA
Hands-on Bookkeeping and oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end closing procedures, audits, and annual reporting for a portfolio of blue-chip clients.
Conduct bank reconciliations and forecast cash flow to maintain financial stability.
Manage payroll operations and assist in budgeting and cost analysis.
Prepare and file corporation tax, employer tax, and GST returns.

Qualification and Requirements

Diploma/degree in accounting with minimum of 10 years of full spectrum accounting and tax

compliance experience, preferably from related industry.

Ability to complete tasks while maintaining all confidentiality requirements.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or another language is a plus.
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-

tasking abilities.

Desired Experiences:

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, XERO, MYOB, SAP. Payday and any other accounting

software is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize projects to meet tight deadlines.
