Project Manager

• Simultaneously lead the Client Account Manager team in handling corporate customer from different industry.

• Ensure the project deliverables through close collaboration and effective communication with our corporate customer.

• Develop internal & external facing Project Charters that clearly articulate project strategy, scope, financials, and schedule.

• Proactively identify, document, and execute risk reduction activities to minimize Project Risks associated with Cost, Quality, and/or Timing that could negatively affect Project Plan achievement.

• Lead and mentor team members in project management principles, PDP processes, risk management, issue resolution, decision making, etc.

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Coordinated with various departments and managed vendors to ensure project align with business goals and objectives.

• Followed PMP framework and structured approach to deliver projects, ensuring adherence to best practices.

Job Requirements:-

• 8+ years and above of project management in product design/development.

• 5+ years and above of Accounting knowledges is ideal.

• 5+ years and above of customer or executive-facing experience.

• Experience in handling a team & a good team player.

• Proven ability to lead multi-national teams in a matrixed organization.

• Fluent English communication and strong interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

• Someone with PMP certified will be an added advantage.
