Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Executive / Manager with a strong background in event management and press relations. This role will play a key part in planning and executing company events, product launches, media briefings, and press conferences to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events including product launches, industry forums, press conferences, and client appreciation functions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue selection, agenda planning, speaker coordination, audio-visual setup, and guest registration.
  • Liaise with media partners, journalists, and PR agencies to organize press conferences and secure media coverage.
  • Draft press releases, media kits, and event-related marketing materials.
  • Develop event marketing campaigns and support digital promotion across social media, email, and the website.
  • Track event KPIs and generate post-event reports to evaluate success and ROI.
  • Maintain a database of press contacts, vendors, and partners.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed, including brand campaigns, exhibitions, and sponsorships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and/or public relations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong capability to handle the communication with stakeholders in China/Singapore/US/Europe
  • Confident in engaging with media, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with press release writing, media outreach, and post-event follow-up.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM/event platforms is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
  • Familiarity with media landscape in Singapore/US/Europe/UK.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
