Bartender

NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Seoul cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.

We are currently looking for a Bartender to upgrade the cocktail program at GUUM Contemporary Grill (www.guum.sg)

Requirements:

• at least 3 years prior experience bartending

• Creativity in recipe and presentation

• Strong interactivity with customers and individuality

• High discipline on maintaining hygiene and bar cleanliness

• Experience in managing beverage cost and inventory

• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and card terminal system providers commonly found in Singapore

• WSET 2 or higher a bonus

• Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Korean language ability a bonus.
