Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll , and ESS/MSS .
- Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure SAP HR modules based on client requirements and best practices.
- Prepare detailed documentation such as Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, Configuration Documents , and User Guides .
- Perform unit testing, integration testing , and support user acceptance testing (UAT) .
- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP HR systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and enhancements.
- Train end-users and provide knowledge transfer to internal support teams.
- Stay updated with SAP HR developments and propose improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field .
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting.
- Hands-on experience in at least two full-cycle SAP HR implementations.
- Strong knowledge in SAP HR configuration and business processes .
- Familiarity with Singapore statutory HR/payroll requirements is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders.
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge (optional but advantageous).
Preferred Skills
- SAP Certification in HCM or related modules.
- Experience with integration between SAP HR and other systems.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical thinking.
