Job Description:

  • Lead team to drive new business development through market research, strategic partnerships, and lead generation activities.
  • Guide team members to build and to manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify customer needs and introduce tailored Yonyou ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with presales and internal teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Report sales performance and contribute to business strategy planning

Required Experience

  • Graduate in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration,and Accountancy.
  • 5-8 years of experience related to Cloud Solutions, Business background (accounting/finance/supply chain/manufacturing), and experience in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, Microsoft Navision) will be advantageous.
  • Experience in B-to-B sales in ERP or IT solutions.
  • Passionate, self-motivated, good team player, and responsible.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in prospecting, lead generation, and sales management will be a plus, and business analytical skills are preferred.
  • Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, google programs, and social networking tools.
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
