Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly progress claim for Clients and Sub-contractors
  • Take off quantities from drawings as required
  • Check and tally cutting list items with bill of quantities
  • Liaise with client QS for quantity take off and clarifications
  • Follow up with client QS/Accounts for payment
  • Prepare quotations for clients as directed
  • Assist in tender preparations
  • Any other duties as specified by Directors

Requirements

  • Good communications skills, able to interact with people
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent
  • Proficient in Autocad
  • Able to work independently
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese
