As a Pharmacist focusing on Regulatory & Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements fulfill regulatory requirements and are effectively distributed to reach out to more customers both locally as well as internationally. This hybrid role involves handling product registrations and maximising listing opportunities, liaising and presenting to various stakeholders, as well as spearheading new markets and new product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory compliance & product registrations: Handle licenses and product listings in Singapore and overseas to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and enable market access for business growth
- Supply chain & product development: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment by working closely internally and with existing/new suppliers to achieve greater supply chain optimization, cost savings and successful product line expansion for the different markets
- Client engagement & relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, stakeholders, customers and partners. Respond to inquiries from communication channels, conduct outreach, analyse data for actionable insights, proactively execute strategies to successfully increase product awareness, customer loyalty and market share
- Product outreach & positioning: Work closely with the Commercial team to deliver scientific education, keep updated with the latest clinical evidence to come up with training content and marketing messages to position our pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements as products of choice for healthcare professionals, patients and consumers across the various countries
- Process documentation & innovation: Learn about various aspects of the business and collaborate with the different teams to optimise and document processes as well as execute initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency and profitability for continuous business stability and success
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy holding a valid Pharmacist license with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Experience in Product Registrations, Supply Chain Management, Market Access and/or Business Development within the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry will be useful
- Strong ability to work with SAP Business One, Excel and Powerpoint, comfortable with data-driven analysis and delivering presentations
- Keen Interest in market access, product and business development with an ability to apply clinical knowledge to achieve business goals
- Excellent attention to detail, possess strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills with an ability to present and convince different stakeholders
- Resourceful, self-starter who is passionate about advocating for both pharmaceutical drugs and health supplements
